Sat on this at the NEC and was mightily impressed it felt and looked far nicer than the Tracer but is £4000 dearer. Given the money I know which one I'd choose.

That review is as about as close an admission as I've read that we now have a class of wide bar sportsbikes with real world suspension & seats. Good!

I've had sprot bike riding friends putting proper handle bars on CBR's, FZR's etc for years. Much better on the road they say.

If you still lust after crazy horsepower and fantastic handling but haven't been able to touch your toes for a few years then this is the right era for you.

I like the new Bims, well designed and built by the looks of them. They certainly have more appeal than the other Euro brands but not IMHO the value of a Jap competitor. That comes when you sell them on.

Defo like the tracer !

I would not have either, at least is has a normal engine and not one out of a beetle !

You gotta watch the servicing costs on these things. When I freaked at M&S in Newcastle when they wanted almost £700 to do the biggy service on my Monster they scoffed & said some BM or other has a £900 service. And that was years ago.

Needless to say I got some tooling off ebay & did it myself but you can't do that with these new bikes.

We are not heading in the right direction with technology imho

Tried the Tracer....nice.

Am waiting to try the BM....sounds ideal for what I want/need but price could be the cruncher.
