bought a chain and sprocket set and a rear disc from demon tweaks on the 2nd if jan,delivery before the tenth , a no show , sent them an email last night asking where the items were , recieved an answer today saying there was a problem obtaining the items but i would be here by the weekend , and by way of saying sorry they are going to give me free chain lube , free chain cleaner and £5 of my postage and packing so thats a big thumbs up from me

Good for you,,, and good on them.. "appropriate resolution" ,,, still great though as ya could of got naff all for the inconveniance.

Ordered 2nd.....
Expected 10th.....
No show & chased 15th.....
Personally I'd be keeping my fingers crossed until the goods actually arrive......
If it all comes good then surely it's "appropriate resolution" rather than "great service".......

I agree.Ordered 2nd.....
Expected 10th.....
No show & chased 15th.....

I ordered R&G bungs last year, they arrived very quickly, good communications as well (ordered through their ebay shop), I was very happy with their service.
No more a TDM owner moved on to the Tracer

arrived on thursday , chuffed to bits , they told me that some of the items were in another ware house!!! at least there here
