Hey lads I recently bought a tdm 850 pleased as punch.

Here the thing there half of an ducati evo exhaust on the bike so 2 into1.it goes nice higher up the range ut but sluggish on the low revs. I assume it the ducati exhaust anybody have a standard system knocking about

TDMs dont have gobs of bottom end anyway, try to try another one to compare before spending money...IMO its not the bike to leave in top gear at say 30 and expect to just pull like a train on throttle only.

If it's ok at top end leave it be, I doubt the exhaust change would make a lot of difference low down.

exhaust change will effect the main resource and that might create more problems

My 850 came with a GPR slip-on when I bought it. I changed back to original. Better "breathing", much nicer sound. By the way, changed to a 2006 900 this summer. Missing the old one, but the 900 is a better bike. Less charachter though.
