Today, was super sunny here in Nottingham, and there were loads of sports bikes out, none of them nodded back. Once upon a time, everbody on 2 wheels acknowledged each other.... Changing times, I guess

Yeah, some nod others don't. Spain and France is much more friendly, they tend to wave or stick their hand out at knee height, even when they're clipping a corner.

I swerve towards on coming bikes and extend my right hand so we can shake properly, or at least low 5. I'm a bit upset that they nearly always swerve away. Maybe it's my aftershave?

There's a complete snobbery/perceived heirarchy with this wave/nod thing so I don't bother my arse. It's a similar wanky scene in motorhome/campervan circles - some only wave to others of a similar brand/shape/model/class. I don't wave to any of these wankers either - and nobody waves to "tuggers", those pulling their homes behind them. It's all elitist pish and I'm becoming a carmudgeon.....................
