A Merkin as far as I'm aware is a toupe that is worn over the genital region. What say you, dapleb?

Or someone from Merika....either way its not the safest to be on the pavement in hi vis. I spose t'other kind could be at the end of a runway...

That is sooo irresponsible. He must have a bucket on the right as well for balance and both should be hi viz.
