Always a fan of CNC milling, I just couldn't help myself. Milled from brass billet.
How are us ordinary mortals supposed to compete with that.....
I could have a go at baking it, but milling is probably a lot harder than it looks !

Grrrr! Triumph are determined to keep me out. Throttle body balance on TDM is easy, a vacuum gauge off you go. On the Trumpet it's measured digitally via the manifold pressure sensors and read via a laptop. Dealers do this for £££ but there is a laptop based obd tool that does this for £60. So that's what I will use.
You could also do other bikes, so should get yer £60 back pretty quickly. Are the TB adjuster screws easily accessed ? I guess they must be given the lack of panels etc.
