Smug, me? Never - well chuffed at the time!

There is a HUGE variation in the standard on tuition uk wide which really annoys me as we (biketec) put our all into getting our students to pass and a bit more and then there's numerous cowboys who couldn't give a toss. More annoying is that most folk probably wont complain to the right people so therefore the rouges are still up to it.
