No chance of going on strictly for you. 😂 Keep it clean n dry laddie. Mustn't get any infection in that. Rev the conkers off the niner and set off on third and stay in third. ⚙️
Couldn't do that on the mk one. It's not got third🔧

Oh yeah, I'm so luvved up with it, I'm driving my car. :lol:

 

Had a lesson on how to clean and apply the dressing to my toe today and a 'come back in 2 weeks' fer a check up.  Deffo gonna be a couple of weeks afore I'm on the bike though. :(

Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.

I remove a couple of ingrowns every couple of months. It happens on all but my little toes..

Seems there's a good theory that it isn't always dodgy nails, but too much skin. which causes the problem.

I can't find a doctor in the Uk willing to give me Vandenbos in his surgery, and the NHS don't offer it in hospitals

 

Wearing wider shoes has really helped recently :)

Two week o'sandals in this wedder!  Jeebus.  :)

 

It's ok as I've got central heating and a roof. :D  My main concern is not spilling hot water, or dropping summat, onto my toe when wearing me sandals.

 

I was informed that once the nail bed is damaged, loike mine was when I used it to park my bike on it, the nail will always grow in a deformed state.  Soooo, better to remove the nail and prevent regrowth using Phenol (acid)
