Thinking of trying the Datatool heated grips off EBay about £60.
They look really neat but do they work well?
Anybody tried them and wish to share their experience.
I don't fancy a huge control box on the bars as with others.
Previously only had factory fitted grips on my new bikes.

Just had a look at the Datatool website and they look very neat with the controller on the left hand grip.
I'm tempted.

You get some then review them for me and if they are any good I'll take the plunge.

Seem to have got sensible reviews on Amazon.
I might take the plunge. Need to find out how long they are to see if they will fit the same or be short like the Oxfords

Bought some and fitted easily apart from I had to file off the knurling on my Renthal bars on the clutch side.
They are neat and work well but not quite as hot as my BMWs were.
They don't switch on when the bike is ticking over, just when it is charging properly. You can tell by the LED on the throttle side.
I think they were a good buy.
