Are you using Chrome browser Matt? There's a bug at the moment with the latest version of Chrome and some of the third party payment companies. Maybe fixed by now, but was certainly around last week. Try another browser.

I don't think so but I had another go and it all went through. The whole site is far worse than before they changed it.
