Rabies n Mentalmen

I must confess............

I have, somewhat rashly, added a self-adhesive camera mount to my Shoei GT Air and I REALLY don't like the resulting POV.

Help with how to remove said mount without causing damage please.

I thank you.

Hair drier will often work.  Once you get the main bit off you can clear up any sticky residue by giving it a good scrub with some rag and a bit of WD40 (stops the the sticky bits sticking you anything else as they come off), but make sure you clean the helmet thoroughly afterwards as I'm not sure what long term exposure to WD40 would do to the shell.

Forgot to say, you can get proper sticker removal sprays but they're strong solvents so I'd be very wary about using one on a helmet.
