Just found out that the dutch company, HPS which was a big TDM dealer has folded. Here is his explanation

You have probably already read it in the various media; unfortunately, due to circumstances, I had to apply for bankruptcy for the HPS companies. The tax arrears during the Corona crisis, the current situation with high material prices and three long-term ill employees made it impossible to continue. It is a conscious choice of mine to follow this difficult journey.

We have invested a lot of time and energy into the development of our Vacuhandy Vacuum lifters and it has become a high quality product, with a good and growing market share. I also provide that Vacuhandy does not disappear, but can restart. I am proud of my staff and the products we market to make heavy work lighter!
HPS Motors is also part of the bankruptcy and is closed from now on. I want to thank all our customers for the fine contacts and the work during the past years.
I want to thank everyone for the cooperation in the past years and experience warm support from suppliers, customers, colleagues, staff and from friends and acquaintances. Thank you so much for that!
Best regards, Pieter

"HPS Motoren" was also a big contributor/sponsor on the dutch TDM-TRX-Tracer club & forum, and had quite a big following in terms of loyal TDM/TRX customers from that relationship. So, for the TDM/TRX customer community and the dutch club it looks like a big loss.
