Nice, but a hefty price tag compared to a TDM. Not sure about the flappy wings though and don’t think it’ll fly.

From a pool of one, my Guzzi experience has been pretty good, but not as robust as the Yamaha.

Ill take a TDM 900 any day over the Italian floosie. More reliable. I have had dealings with the rear main seal and clutch in V7s its not an easy job. Still have nightmares. Perhaps seals have improved in the new ones but the basic design of dry clutch still stands.

My Dad had a 2004 V11 faired version, he bought it second hand when it was only 6 months old. I always liked the look of it and the rather cool Italian styling. He only had it for 18 months then sold it (just as it was at the end of its warranty). I think the only issue he had was a leaking drift shaft which they fixed and a few electrical gremlins with the warning lights.

Ive had my V11 since 2011. There were a few design faults with the model on the electrical charging side, but once sorted it’s been pretty much fine ever since.

Here’s mine…

That's nice looking:) My old man had a red one. I wish he kept it as I'm 6'4 and actually found it to be pretty comfy for a sport bike. He never complained about it and I think the only reason he sold it was too many bikes not enough time..

I really like the look of it and only because it looks similar design wise to the TDM ..imo..!!

Imagine if Yamaha had made this instead of those god awful (imo) MT's.....

Don't get me started on MT's. Designed by a blind man. To make it worse, a mate's got an MT10, and it's probably got the worst fuelling of any bike I've riden.

Horrid thing.

The best thing about being old is we did all our stupid stuff before the Internet was invented, so there’s no proof.

My first thought when I say a picture of the new MG was "that looks familiar".
