After a week of editing, I have finally managed to reduce the 10 hours of video I took down to a 14 min clip. Set to 720p and break out the popcorn.

Planning to trim several of the individual videos to fit youtube's 15 min limit and bore you senseless with them over the coming weeks.

May as well put them all in one place...

Chasing Tony down Stelvio

Edited with Cyberlink Power Director, pretty impressed with both what it can do and how easy it is to use.

Tony, if you're using Firefox there's several plugins available that can download the video straight from youtube.

Nice video. Unfortunately it took me a while to "trim" my network settings to re-route via some foreign country server. Otherwise users in Germany just get this error message:

Unfortunately, this video is not available in Germany because it may contain music for which GEMA has not granted the respective music rights.
Sorry about that.

Excellent music choices, love the l.h. lower angle as you see the suspension working and the engine noise really adds to the soundtrack.

That's a pain, I was expecting the music rights stuff to be fairly consistent across the EU, maybe I should do a version without Moby and stick to using classical music which is out of copyright.

Don't worry too much about the few Germans. As long as most of carpe users can access it, it is great (and I found my way around the blocking). I think we are the only country in the EU with this "special treatment" huh.gif
