1. Alan Eccles : Eccles Page
2. dapleb : Dappers Travel Capers----------------------------------------------------------
from Mr & Ms G
while riding down we had bad weather for two days, sometimes it was just pissing down, good thing we were in the car tongue.gif

first sighting of blue sky, just after Grenoble

first night out, had supper at the italian ristorante

pk and myself did some hiking on a roman trail up the mountain

discovering some nice scenery

looking down on the village

figuring we got up there real fast, why not take another path down.... WRONG. some not so nice rockclimbing was involved.
the climbing isnt the bad thing, its the 1meter wide ledge that you hope to fall on should you slip... coz its 100meter straight down if ya miss the ledge.

there was a chapel high above the village, we were looking down on that.

ah yes... hanging, RTT style
me, bondy, gazman, dapleb, alan

and then there were 5 TDMs.
mrs g, gazman, edman and alan

16km of REALLY twisties along the mountain slope, towards La Garde Freinet. MrsG and my self did that in the Fiesta, with the dogs. so twisty Whisky (one of the dogs) vomited. which served as a recomendation.
on friday (or was it thursday) we returned to the scene of the crime with the bikes.

along the gorges

alan demonstrating his 15 ... correction : 16 ring tongue
going for pete's virgin ear...
he got my ear as well... bar steward. biggrin.gif
pitty we didnt get a picture of him breaking the chair and falling on his arse while going for my other ear. he was trying to impress the waitress ,foxy #4, or was the neighbours wife #4, you know, the one who siad he looked like tom hanks.... in Forrest Gump... tongue.gif

great fun!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks to dapleb the links will now lead to the images.
i've edited the initial post.

for some reason linking to the photobucket image dont work, the forumengine adds parts to the link which renders it useless.
think we've discovered a forumbug ...

that and when editing it converts links to html... which is then unreadable coz using html in posts is not allowed.

Did you use the 'photobucket made it for you' link? I have had no problem with copying the link from the photo's properties.
