I already have a metal shed but with the arrival of a second bike more likely I want something bigger

Anyone have one like this?

Martin I had a similar one from Argos six years ago. It needed a concrete base which it was bolted on to. It lasted about three years during which time it rusted away and then was destroyed by a storm. In between I reinforced it, to little effect, by bolting hardwood battens between the outer skin and the inner metal skeleton. I know we live beside the sea and get some extreme weather but it was a disaster and was one of the worst buys I have ever made!

2001 TDM. 1990 Serow. 2004 DRZ400.  3 bikes, four cylinders. Who needs more?

I have exactly that shed. Been up 2 years without issue. Mine is mounted onto decking.
Nice height and I have run power up into mine. For the money they are good.

Careful with the size Martin. I've got one but they give the width measurement first so that is only 7ft deep. Mine is 8ft wide by 9ft deep and the TDM only just goes in if I angle the front wheel into the corner. I got mine from Amazon 2 years ago and it's perfect. I dismantled it from my last house and re-assembled where I am now. It's a Yardmaster. If you want a hand to assemble, give me a shout. I'm pretty slick at it now. It's surpisingly time-consuming due to all those screws but worth the effort.

2004 900 - Blue with lots of goodies

2012 900 - Still adding shiny bits. Was black, changed to white and now back to black again.

When I was looking for a bike shed I was told be several folk that metal sheds have some pretty bad condensation issues
Did I mention 135mph?

And that's official

Thanks Studders.... Mine is a Ketter plastic shed, and to be honest as a shed its the bollocks.... very little condensation ,so easy to put up
has never leaked a drop, has its own base ... and plenty of room for my needs

Also have a metal shed ... always feels damp and dripping from the roof with condensation, was also a f kin arse to put up ranting.gif

Old pic of said shed ... think its a 12X10

Now its got a Bit More Shoite in it but still plents of room for bike

Highly Recomended good.gif

The flooring was the cheapest way of covering it and is insulated to..... very easy to mop out n keep clean

You wouldnt have a manky floor in your house.... so why is the shed any different biggrin.gif

Chicken came good!

Just bought a CBR1000f. Looks in good condition, everything done and the owner is as OCD on cleaning as me.

Being delivered from Hull Wednesday. Well pleased. Pics and review to follow

So, Need to review sheds. Have to say I do like the Ketter that Dave has, I have the smaller version............as I type I wonder if a bike would go in. blink.gif
Off tomorrow so will review
