A considerate and clearly highly observant Audi driver decided it would be fun to reverse into me at a set of traffic lights a couple of days ago, had the full SMIDSY followed by grovelling apologies to the point I had to ask him to stop saying sorry because he was asking me angry, properly caved the rear corner of his bumper with my left side fork leg.

Like a hero I managed to keep the bike shiny side up, had the bike inspected at a local garage, damage to the bike is cosmetic, putting in a claim to replace a scratched fork leg.

Get a loud horn and make sure you have an escape route when youre behind stationary vehicles. Glad you werent hurt and the bike is repairable.
You don't need balls to ride a big bike.

Glad you're ok. Fork legs can be replaced. Fecking car driver though. Can't see a headlight in his rear view mirror? Well done on keeping the bike upright.

So, it got reversed into on my last day of work before holibobs, first day back was today and I picked up 'a small' puncture 😲 I need to find a different way to work cos this happen and less than a mile from where the first incident happened.

I think the TDM lost this battle, well the roadsmart 3 attached to it did.
