[Scurve]

Had a quick blitz out on Thursday around some of my local Moors.

Dont know who was in the E-Type, didnt see anyone around in the area, photos at Widdop Reservoir.

Wind farm at Blackshaw Head

Pill Box near Catlow, in the middle of nowhere,dont no why it was put there,there is nothing anywhere near it so dont know what is was suppose to be protecting !

Great roads and no one about.

That is a type 24  pillbox,part of Western Command Stop Line No. 11.

Placement would be for good obsv.post and fire arc.There is a road junction just below it ?

Or;

Someone in planning knew the landowner and got a backhander from the small sum that was paid out by the Ministry to folk whose land they were built on.
