Hi JerryS!

Congratulations on your new acquisition and wise. Walking in the right places and safely, you get a bonus health. Also improves elasticity and leaves the more agile skeleton. The reflection in riding a motorcycle is immediate and the column thanks.
This reminds me that I need to reactivate my bike (new tyres, lubrication and adjustments to cables)

Cheers! :good:

Jerry you say you built this up? so is it a collection of bits fitted to a "Planet X" frame? or is it a stock bike? if so which model is it?

It's a collection of bits attached to a Planet X Kaffenback 2 frame (steel, disc specific frame). Frame was being sold by Planet X on fleabay for half price a few months ago (i.e. for £129.99 compared to £249.99)  so treated myself to a birthday present.

The rest is 9 speed Shimano Sora (brifters, mechs)  with Avid BB7 disc brakes and a Stronglight 28/38/48 crankset. Wheels are off my Genesis CdF until I buy a new set. Rear cassette is 11/32.

Remaining bits were as cheap as possible. £20 saddle, £16 bars, stem from the spares box, cheapest bar tape (£6) as I'd never put it on before and didn't want to screw expensive tape up :)

Fuel Cans, Baglux tank cover, Givi E21 panniers, Givi Flow top box, Yamaha centre stand, Garmin Zumo SatNav,, Givi engine bars, Barkbuster S1 handguards, Powerbronze Fender Extender and Headlight guards.

What bike you getting Cliff ?

Getting a Ridgeback Velocity SE14 Studs, was £400 now reduced to £280, had words today and they reckon Monday which is no good to me, so may end up with a Pashley instead, it's a Hybrid i'm getting for a tootle down the canal with Dave, aim is for a 20 mile stretch as often as we can, try and lose a bit of belly and get a bit more fit cos i'm spreading somewhat now i dont have the dogs to walk everyday.
