Gdog made mention in another thread that it would be nice to have another EAG2G as we haven't had one for a while, so that got me thinking it might be a nice idea if we had one and made it a memorial run for Moose as it was always one of his favourites.

Just trying to get an idea of interest at the moment, but if there's enough, I'll sort out a route with cake stops for when the sun's shining. Might even resurrect some of the old routes as I still have then kicking about somewhere. Let me know what you think boys and girls?

Depending on the date, BSM and I would be interested.
Edited to add- BSM has since landed a job that means were moving back to Wiltshire in a couple of weeks so we may struggle to make this.

DOH !!   :hide: the penny dropped earlier today !! I was thinking yesterday evening there's a lot of reply's from Carpe bods who seemed to be coming a long way for a blast round the east coast and back in a day !! Then realised I'd got me "G2G's" and me "ride out's" muddled, what am I like ! ?

I'm up for a ride out Trev, same as last time, as in I'll hook up with you and the gaggle (if that's a collective noun for a meeting of TDM owners !) at the camp site on the Sat AM  :good:

whats a g2g

Get 2 Gether, this is where the guy's 'N' doll's ride (or drive) to a designated campsite on a Friday evening (or if you're not up for camping out a local B&B or Hotel), meet and greet chin wag, organise grub, booze and summat to do, have a ride out on the Saturday (complete with cake and fish 'N' chip stop offs), then more grub, booze, chin wagging back at the campsite plus summat to do on the Sat night, home again on the Sunday. That my friend is a G2G  :badgerrock:

One of my eternal memories of Moose, is at the East Anglia G2G May 2012, when we camped at Willows campsite at the end of the RAF Mildenahll airfield. The attached photo was in the morning when we were getting ready to head out. Trevini, Jolly Giant and Catsbum all turned up for the day and the rest of us camped or were in the caravan. I was on my rocket ship, the old FZ750. Fish and chips in Hunstanton.............mmmmmmm..Ali
