Having a wander around book of faces last night and found Valk Motive. www.valkmotive.com
They offer automotive and marine horns including those very hard to acquire Stebel's including what appears to be an adaption of the Magnum for fitting in those more difficult spots. Before I drag my flexible friend out of the wallet I wondered if anyone here has any knowledge of Valk Motive and their products.

Can't comment on the site, but that Stebel Marine looks like it might suit bike install as it's better designed for water...?
