Unfortunately I will be a non-starter. Completely tore off the tendons connecting my quadricep muscles and my kneecap about six weeks ago in a non-bike related accident. I'm still having a lot of trouble walking let alone riding :-( Maybe next year .....
I'll contact Big Dave from Cowra to see if he's available.
Either way, have fun!

the weather is getting better, only got down to -2 this morning , I hope we get a few more blokes to come along, but if we don't, I'm sure it will be a good ride anyway.

We can certainly fit you all in over the weekend of 12th October 2012 – we can offer you and your guests Deluxe Motel Rooms at the rate of Standard Cabin Rooms, at $85.00 per night per double room only. These rooms have a queen and three single beds, ensuite bathroom with bath, reverse cycle air-con, kitchenette, tv/dvd player and balcony, or of course the Lodge that you had originally booked is still available at $350.00 per night for up to 12 guests.

No date given, but it would be normal for motel operation to be first in/paid = first booked. They're booked pretty solid for the weeks before.
If, at the last moment, we ended up with a few more people and got 3 of the smaller rooms it would be $153/head.
I reckon $210 for 3 nights in the lodge is good value; gives us a common space for pre/post ride chat and banter and a lot more room to spread out... leaves us with plenty of spare space/beds for any last minute showings.

Now there's plenty of room for late leave passes.
EDIT: Booking confirmed for the lodge... and my leave, I'm taking the two weeks bookending the TDUT.
EDIT #2: Mrs AzzA has informed me of her wish to resume her place at the TDUT, as we had attempted in March, if this is OK with everyone?
As before, I would pay for one of the 4 rooms in the lodge with the remaining 3 rooms split between everyone else. Each room has a double and 3 single bunks.
It works out a bit cheaper, per head, than posted above.
