Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.

I'm told old stoves is an official "condition" 
I don't collect old stoves or pressure lamps, but several of them seem to have taken up residence over the years.
I sent you pm ref this item. I can make a brass cap no bother.
It looks like it's an old Valtock.
