Look at the head/knee butt at 0.22 - by that moment Marquez's front wheel first moves left, then right and is tucking on the marbles. Why Marquez went back for a second bite at Rossi at that stage is unbelievable - especially as he has nowhere to go.........................

I don't believe Rossi actually intended to take Marquez off like he did, but to accuse Marquez of accelerating in to Rossi is ludicrous.

Rossi parked mid corner, in the middle of a GP race, even turning round to look at Marquez......outrageous and highly dangerous. He has lost so much respect worldwide for what he did.

You can have as many petitions as you like, obviously only Rossi fans will sign it, but it wont change what he did.

Look at the footage, Marquez is racing and at racing speed, Rossi is slowing deliberately and looking round. Simple as.

GO LORENZO (a better rider than Rossi ever was}

Thought I'd highlight that for all to see. Ludicrous statement.

Lorenzo has the beating of Rossi, on the same bike.

Lorenzo took over the Yamaha from Rossi, when he left for his ill advised move to Ducati, and then improved it.

As they say, it's not rocket science.

That's a really good view and analysis there.  :good:

I'd venture that M had already had a tiny moment, even before they had come together.

Like I said before and before and before  - battering ram.

M uses the motorcycle as a weapon. Not like Kocinski sliding into you on the brakes and using you as a berm, more like, accelerate and it's either you or me.

When did block passing become illegal in motoGP?

"Ludicrous statement"?? Absolutely............
It doesn't matter whether your a Lorenzo fan/Rossi fan/Marquez fan, if your a Moto GP fan it is plainly obvious who is the better rider/racer!! (Rossi/Lorenzo)
Lorenzo to win 9 (10??) World titles?? Dont fink so.............. Marquez to win 10/11 World titles?? Possibly.
As bike racing fans we should be enjoying witnessing one of the all time greats in our chosen sport.......the stats 'll prove that whether you like/appreciate Rossi or not!!!!!

LOL, talk about blinkered by the Rossi effect.

Forget analysing the video. Take a good, hard look at his own pit crew just after the "incident" at the weekend. It tells you everything you need to know about what happened.

Love that!!!

:)

Yeah, I've done the IAM. And yeah, I recommend it (any so-called 'advanced training' come to that; not just IAM): A low cost training course based on the system used by the police, which is largely common sense once pointed out, making one smoother, quicker and safer. What's not to like? And why would one not want to tell others?  :hide:

This 'seeing both sides' mallarky is a tricky habit to break and leaves little to argue about...

Ok, here's one: It's obvious from the videos that it was all planned from the start. Anyone can see that it's like Wrestling, nothing ever really happens. Just great athletes and great actors hyping up interest.

2min - 2min 10 s.

Rossi's rear swinger hoiks M's front off the track. (sweet justice, thanks for the video, I couldn't find it anywhere)

Q - How?

A - Battering ram. (self inflicted)

Anyhow, if there's any sort of honour, the riders should part like the Red Sea to let Rossi through for a fighting chance in the next race.
