It's a new one on we too. The cush blocks on most bikes don't have these little dimples so are more resistant to wear but I have read on this forum someone having problems with carrier bearings, may be related.

The speedo is a Chinese cheapie from eBay at about £25.
speedo4.jpg
Took a chance and pretty well pleased with it. The fuel gauge is wired to the temperature sender and at normal engine temp it's 3/4 fuel  :)

This one is the lower rev range option with no gear number indicator.

Ive been looking at these speedos for a fair while now, mine was finally delivered this morning. It took me a while to correct the wiring, it was totally wrong! Haha
Any way, how did you wire in the indicators? Theres a light for each side on these clocks. Hope you can help? Thanks.

Hi, the orange from the clock harness connects to the chocolate colour left indicator positive on your bike, and the light blue from the clock harness connects to the dark green right indicator positive. Got no more room left on here to post any more pics so message me with an email address if you'd like me to mail you some wiring instructions. Hope this helps. :good:

Howdy folks, I'm an Aussie living/working in Poland atm...just bought myself a 1991 classic, probably more of a sentimental purchase as used to have one a long time ago, intend on riding as often as I can and explore the beautiful country and continent I find myself in :) Tom
