Mac has a 1995 mkI but very late registered I guess. You will be wanting 3VD parts Mac. Might be worth settting yer "Model Number" in yer profile to 1995.
"Whats up", "Piston Broke", "Yeah me too...hic"

If you want to mark your location on the Carpe map: http://www.carpe-tdm...opic.php?t=5117

Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.

Hi,

Do you have any ignition bits at all.

Mine's developed a non sparking problem, so I think I need to start swapping bits. The ECU would be a good start perhaps.

Cheers

Ive got a lot of bits left , coils , ignition unit , regultor rectifier
best thing to do m8 is have a look at
this link it shows all the bits which are left. Ive also the starter motor which I dont think Ive pic'd yet.

click this to view whats left

TDM's are notorius for sparking issues can you detail exactly the issue or is as you say no spark at all .

Hi Folks,
I am breaking my Silver TDM 850 4tx 01 28,000 miles which I sadly blew up last week , the big end went resulting in ruined barrel and bits of piston in the crank.
The rest of the bike was in perfect working order. Recent work prior to big end collapse , incl new starter relay, Bridgestone back tyre with perhaps 600 miles on it, goodridge hosing all round.

As yet nothing has gone bar the down pipes.

Please feel free to ask about any of the parts I can forward on pics if required.

thanks

Simon

do you still have the front forks?.ian
