Hi all,
When renewing brake fluid should you bleed one side first or doesn't it matter?
Cheers rob

The furthest away, and it usually helps to cable tie the lever back overnight afterwards

Always the longest line first. I change fluids at every pad change, it is a fairly simple procedure.

Thanks for the replies guys as I thought. Also on the excellent inside tdm site , it says the standard lines are braided underneath the rubber covers. Is this correct? Therefore no real need to upgrade them?

Braided not an upgrade but a modification... often interchanged incorrectly... See mk 1 Vs 9er :teehee:. Perceived improvement from actually having new lions and the fact you have to renew fluid to some extent at least.
