Just testing the water as I have to reduce my bike collection. It's a well cared for, well loved machine with carbs balanced, plugs changed and the exhaust headers replaced with new ones. It's not done any great mileage either, but needs to be ridden.

Price?

I was thinking in the region of £2,400. It's well-sorted and a blast to ride as well as attracting attention whenever it's parked up. MOT'd until October 2020 so basically no worries.

My daughter had one. Sent her the link. She'll be tempted.

Sorry but not one for me, from the era when all the quick bikes looked like a tupperware offering that had been chucked up down, sorry not a useful post and I know so many lust after them but I thought all sports bikes were hideous from that period, I was firmly a Z650 sort of bloke then, now I ride an old mans bike..... ;)

I like to see an engine in there somewhere.

But a collectors item non the less and I wish you well in your sale.

P.S. drunk post and I already know I'm a twat! (it ain't gonna change)

The world would be a boring place if we all thought the same SB and I respect your views and indeed partially agree with you, but only to a point. For me personally, the NC24 is the only bike I have ever owned which felt like an extension of me when riding it. I've had a few of the sports bikes that you don't like, Aprilia RSV, Yamaha Thunderace and TRX850 and still have a Ducati 900SS. They were fun and exciting but could be both tiring and intimidating in some circumstances. The little Honda has just been fun full stop.

Hope your hangover has dissipated!
