Howdy all,
I've got two seats for my 850, which came with it when I got it. They both need recovering, so I'm considering getting them both done. Has anyone any recommendations of good companies to use?

One seat is cut out quite low, whereas the other is stock, and being on the lankier side of life at 6"6, I'd quite like to be able to switch between the two when I feel like it. I've also only got 1 locking mech too, so I'd be looking for another one of those too. - Any ideas where I could source one of those bad boys?!

I think you can still get the polish seat covers on ebay, might be more expensive these days though.  BUT, they do look good.  Sure Trev might help you fit a new cover if you don't have a decent staple gun.

Also a mention of Diggers seats, they might do a re-cover for the Corbin seat you have.

Cheers Studley, this is gold info. I had tried doing a seat cover for an old bike years ago, and it looked pants. I'll weigh up the costs, and I may have another crack!

i think you need to re foam the seat not just recover.

the foam nowadays will be better and won't have 10 odd years of neglect and butts

Its had 7 years of my butt and and god knows how many others, so perhaps not a bad shout. It's becoming lower down the list of things to do unfort with new issues I keep finding.
