Greetings & I hope you're undamaged.
I can't assist with your question, but someone will be along to help sooner rather than later.

Hi and welcome Red. It would probably be easier to buy the used 3VD forks and repair them, rather than fitting 4TX forks. The 4TX forks have larger diameter stantions/tubes and there might be a need to repair them depending on the condition of the seals and bushes.

Hi Red sorry to hear about your dunt, how bad are your forks , i had a similar incident with a KH250 many decades ago , I was able to put the forks in a press and straighten them , drink plenty of tea and then look at the job in hand

If it's just the upper chromed bit that's bent not the lower half you may be able to get aftermarket replacements. I know there are companies in the UK that do them (eg https://www.wemoto.c...ture/pt-05-0204), but you might be a but more limited in the US

If the stanchions aren't too bad, it is possible to get them repaired. I had some done on a previous bike. Basically they are rolled under pressure. I've no idea how much that will cost and you need to make sure the size is uniform after rolling i.e. there's no ripples in them. I got them done as a favour at work (long, long time ago).
Have you tried ebay?
