I'm a member of MAG, and I have been since they started in Ireland (I was just a nipper), so I joined in Scotland when I moved here. I haven't joined the BMF because they don't seem to have any representation in Edinburgh.

the discounts you get from being a member of MAG or BMF will easily cover your yearly membership costs
M&P, Busters, MPS, parts centres, carolenash, bennetts etc all give a discount if you quote membership number

with the extra benefits and support you get for when something bad happens its a no brainer good.gif

I take it you mean legal support etc, Tone. BTW insuring with Carol Nash includes breakdown cover - the bike, not the riders state of mind.

BMF do have a Scottish region. The regional chairman is in West Lothian. According to the BMF magazine there is someone listed in Edinburgh. Check out www.bmf.co.uk or pm me for a phone number.
