FOR ME
its too tight on the underarms and the elbowpads were annoying on the elbows
for the rest it seemed like a really good summervest, plenty of ventilation options, handy pockets, snug fit, lower back end.

Went to investigate Lidl today and it was chock-full of waders, fishing rods, spinnery things and waders, was tempted by a folding camp chair at 2.99 but had no bungees to tie it on with, so it'll have to wait. No sign of bike gear, Lidl chappy in smart v neck says it starts tomorrow. Do they roll it out different days in different stores? And isn't it a lot less fuss to buy fish from Lidl rather than a fishing rod?

I bought the tank bag at Aldi and I'm wonderign how you are all fixing them to the tank? Are you relying just on the magnets, or have you worked out a way to strap it down too?
Cheers,
Andy

Used a magnetic tankbag before I bought hard cases for the TDM, the magnets worked just fine for me

I use a Cargo Adventure magnetic bag. I always used the addtional strap, and then found if it were slightly slack, thatht e buckle would vibrate inthe wind, I I've ended up with a chip in the laquer coat on the tank
So I've cut it off. Magnets only (mounting on top of the antislip mat stuff) and no problems

Will get myself some anti-slip and start using it with just the magnets.

It's not huge but I find it perfect for carrying my all-in-one waterproof and me sandwiches..... I prefer it as a Tailpack as I don't really like tank bags but when on longer journies or when I don't know where I'm going, it has a clear map pocket on top so I convert it into a tank bag (there's then room on the back for an overnight bag or whatever) and away I go. I'd recommend it.
