Well I first thought that as I've recently bled the front brakes, but where the dribble is of course above the caliper, and the bleed nipple. I've checked and traced the line up to the bars, and I cant see/feel anything. Level in the resovior hasn't gone down either.

I would change the seals and bushes if its a dribble Butch.  Mine was just a fine mist, dried up after some movement.
