I did the 17 inch mod and used a Thundercat wheel. Everything fitted except the right hand spacer which needed stepping down in a lathe, or fit a Exup spacer which fits. Yes Sir it does. Everything else was standard. Have you changed the Speedo head as it will be out by a bit. I fitted an Exup Speedo head, very easy, just need a small part filing off, its self explanatory when you do it, I also reset it to zero miles whike i was in there. R1 blue spots and 14mm master cylinder finished the job off.

next is an Exup alloy swingarm and wheel with a 180 tyre.

Oh and its normal not to coat or paint the disc mounting faces, paint or powder can soften and then your discs will be loose.

The speedometer will be out due to the different rolling radius of the tyres and its fasterr by quite a bit. I fiited an Exup Speedometer into the standard clock housing. Now its spot on, same tyre size as an Exup you see. Edited as I got it the wrong way round

Yeah because the 17 inch wheel has a smaller rolling radius. I used a speedo from a FZR1000 exup because its cable drive and fits the original housing with only a tiny amount removed, takes two minutes
