Mopsy wants to know if there is a tank mounted dog carrier that works well so that she can have bike days out.
I told her I would ask here for any recommendations or advice. She says she weighs 6.75kg / 15lbs if that helps?

Motorbike Milly is often at bike runs and group meets up here, you might want to ask her owner ?
And a guy down my street used to put a top box on the back, with a hole cut out of the lid. The dog seemed quite happy.
Personally I like the idea but don't trust my riding ability enough to risk injuring the dogs !

Re Milly above.
The tank bag looks like the one Givi / Baxter made / makes. https://www.motocard...AiABEgIrh_D_BwE
It probably needs a tank harness like the Easy or a tank cover.
Not seen the helmet before but the owner explains it in a later video.

The Bagster bag is made for the job. I have written to them to ask their recommendation for attachment to a Niner as there is no tank cover listed for its tank.
The helmet is made from a money box! More show than effect I suspect. Behind the bike screen, Mopsy won't need goggles either.
Thanks for the Milly link Fixit.

...recommendation for attachment to a Niner...
I suggest the Easy harness provided it suits the case. This is less extensive than a full cover and cheaper, and easier to remove.
I have one on another bike and provided you fit it carefully it is excellent.
IIRC it has plastic adjustment buckles and these can break. Don't worry if this happens, the fix is to thread on two circular keyrings and use them as a double-D strap adjuster as on a helmet. Cheap fix and stronger than the original.
Here is a link to an old post of mine illustrating fitting an Easy to my old VFR800:- https://vfr.bikersor...harness.168981/

I thought that's what the passenger seat was for.
I'll get my coat......
For a small dog you could use a baby harness?

I would advise against securing a harness to the bike. If you part company with the bike and it slides down the road?
