Back last night at 20.00 after a 1001 mile drive non stop as had to be home for today,, ya gotta love French Autoroutes, worth the Toll in my opinion..
Bit pissed off at Auntie Carol as the whole recovery process was a bit shoddy, but really the details are minor, it's a busy time in France also,, it's mainly to do with the repatriaton of the bike as i was told it would depend on the Market value of it, wether they bought it home again,, they sell there insurance mainly cos of the "get ya home" policy which they push strongly so should not of been a consideration really,,,,, if your going abroad make sure they explicitly confirm for you,,, anyways calling France tonight to find out where my baby is,, up to 2 weeks to get her home..
Presently it looks like just an Alternator cover is required as it got smashed up a bit,, lost no fluids from the bike, front mudguard is toast and the belly pan,, crash bungs were great,, will need a new pair,, scratched the right exhaust and the right handgaurd a bit,, and that's it i think,,,side panels were'nt touched
Will post piccies later.... Oh the fookin bassad car drivers on are Motorways want fookin shootin,,,,,bleedin bunch of arsewipes...
