Whilst putting Catsbums rear wheel in using brick and bits of wood to hold wheel up to line up everything, it occurred to me there must be a tool for this.
Abba stands make one called a wheel rizer.
I treated myself to one. I modified it slightly with washers to take the play out of the wheels and dome nutted the shaft.
Dog loves it he thinks it's for putting his toys on.

Nice one Lee
Bit cheeky on the price though ?
Would've thought about half that
Mind you if using fairly regular cost vs convenience
makes it worthwhile

It's a bit on the expensive side for what it is. Made of 1" square tube. It could easily be copied. Axel is 12mm rod turned down to 8mm each end and threaded. It made to work with the abba stand.
Front is fairly easy with the front lift attachment on the abba stand. I always use it as the two arms increase stability.

Nice tool!

However can't help to show how I did it: just rolled the wheels into place :) :
