I'd recommend everyone do at least one track day on their bike so they can explore what they are actually capable of in a relatively safe environment. It might make the difference when you have to go full brakes in an emergency on the road, or you get it wrong and tip into a corner too fast.

The trouble is I'd have to invest in a proper set of leathers these days, not something I ever ride in normally so a big layout for probably a one off, back then I could get away with the short zip that joined jacket and trousers (and I can't just alter the bits I have due to a beer/pie thing preventing me wearing them ).
I'm normally just jeans and old school leather jacket.

They allow you on with a zip together 2 piece. textiles, jeans and flip flops are a no go.

sorry no fishnets. if you went full leather with zips on the eyes and mouth you should be ok, although you might have ditch the dog lead.
