"And now Murray Walker is as close to Senna as Senna is to Walker"

When Murray retired it wasn't the same as before, and now it's completely different. RIP MW

Here's another one that reflects his joy at being there.
"I wouldn't want to stop making those gaffes, even if I could. People realise I am flesh and blood. I am not sensitive about it. It's just my enthusiasm. I want to say so much more than I have time for."
Thank you, sir, for the soundtrack to my motor racing fandom.

Thank you Murray for your infectious enthusiasm for everything.
A true gentleman. R.I.P. You'll be missed.
The best thing about being old is we did all our stupid stuff before the Internet was invented, so there’s no proof.

On a very wet race I vaguely remember something about "a 16 wheeled canoe" on the back straight, to be fair that is exactly what it looked like through the spray.
RIP Murray, I've had no interest in F1 since he gave up, just not the same.

And, of course, he loved motorbikes.
