Greetings from Finland

I don't know if I understood the instruction correctly, usually I don't

Enivei my 2005 900 abs, 85 000 km, suddenly engine stopped, i try started , runs poorly, about 15 min waiting and it works normally.

I ordered a fuel pump from Spain via eBay but I don't know when it will come.

Has anyone installed a 3 bar car pump ?

There is also code 30, but engine sounds like lack of gasoline, when the problem was on.

Pump swap and tank cleaning, anyway, it must be done at some point.

Hello and welcome. Not quite on the instructions but I have hopefully sorted that.

I can't help you with the ultra modern technology of the 900. But one of the 9er bhoyos should be able to help.

JBX has a list of the error codes on his site https://www.tdm-yama...ex.php?page=ERR

30 is the tilt switch, the ECU thinks the bike has fallen over so has cut the power to the fuel pump.  However the ECU should then remain thinking you've dropped the bike until you turn everything off and back on again, so seems an odd error to get if the bike is still running.

Ok, thanks. Tank was clean, new car pump works, running well but same problem when creeps in traffic jams and the machine gets hot. First runs poorly, then stops, 15 min waiting, starting with a little throttle and runs again.

I remember reading this site like this, I have to look for it. Related to Ignition coil maybe.

Hopefully I'll find a fault before the polar bears take the roads for the winter here :P

No help using thicker socks, now engine dies in few miles. Tried many test, just in case if ecu is fault, is there so called tuning-ecus ? I mean in the future you can fix the ecu at diy ? Or then i look for the second-hand ecu.
