2004 Galaxy Blue. Owned since 486 miles.Renthal 755 bars, Bagster tank cover, Oxford heated grips, DL650 hand guards, Double Bubble screen, Scorpion Rad guard, Gel pad insert, HLD undertray, Angry Badger tailtidy, Michelin Road 5s, Givi E21s, E46 topbox, Ohlins shock and YSS cartridge emulators Currently not fitted - PC3, Remus Revolutions.

Well, there's no shortage of Indian Resatarants in Leicester Trev 
If you want a Chinese though - the Peking Restaurent on Charles street always used to be good - haven't been for about 4 years now though.
For italian - the Timo wine bar/restaurant in Stoneygate is supposed to be good - owned by ex- Tigers players Geordan Murphy & Martin Castrogiovanni 
The older I get, the better I was96 MkII in yellow & silver with bluespots, braided lines, Remus 2 into 1, Hagon rear shock & fork springs, bashplate, heated grips,Motech pannier racks, Road Attacks, Jockoiler, Baglux tank cover & bag. Gone to a far better place - hasn't it Remo?
Another 96 Mk2 in yellow & silver - absolutely standard & pristine ( apart from a butchered rear mudguard - but I'm looking for a new one

The Highcross shopping centre in Leicester is a good place as there are a lot of different
Restaurants there and if the weathers good there's a lot of seating outside.

In me HSBC days we'd always stay at The Belmont on De Montfort Street, and The Tiffin Indian on the same road was excellent (and they'd give you a receipt which didn't mention alcohol, great for expenses claims!)

For Italian try Casa Romana off Belvoir Street. High Cross is OK, and pretty much any of the Indian restaurants are good, Nila Palace by the station or the best is Mem Sahb on the High Cross. The Globe is your best bet for a beer with the Cookie on the pedestrianised high street often having free music on. Slightly out of the centre towards DeMonfort uni is the Criterion, looks grubby but is a great real ale pub and has won lots of awards.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. We ended up trying the Timo,but they weren't open, despite their website saying they were. Their loss and our gain, because we stumbled across the Oggi. Brilliant food and service. If you're in the area and like Italian, definitely give these guys a visit.
