Time is money.
The bigger container ship obviously has more money than the smaller one.
A bit like the lonely, hard of hearing pensioner that's in the queue at the bank in front of you. (I almost typed Post Office, but those days are long gone).
Though chances are that the pensioner would have more money than me.

To me the big ship finds there is not enough water on that side of the channel and "run aground" or almost, steer hard to port (left) and get on the way of small ship, too late now, small ship can not stop soon enough to avoid collision (ships don't have breaks), and yes, I'm a retired captain

Mebees a bit more to that than meets the eye. Was the two flashy floaty thingies in the fore ground towards the end of the vid, after the cut, small boats? Big ship has to take evasive measures & cuts across hard to avoid grounding? Smaller cargo vessel is WTF? until to late.
Either way a great demonstration of lacking seamanship.
I have a bike on a ship heading down to UnZud. Fingers crossed.
