When riding or pushing a bike in Belgium you should wear
a helmet... easy
ankle high boots
gloves
long sleeves
Long trousers, no shorts
but they didnt specify
so you would be ok by wearing your long john pyamas with wellys
And plastic surgical gloves
oh, and a helmet of course
politicians. ..
