Nice fish theme on Carp today.

I think it's Brill

Now I'm floundering, so I'll go fix my exhaust. It's making a terrible noise, or perhaps that's just due to my damaged herring

It might be worth using a haddock stand to inspect the boike.

Don't worry Yambloke. This is actually the plaice for anything TDM related, except once in a while they throw you a Red Herring.I'm sure someone will come along with a sensible suggestion or offer.

Looks like you're trawling the bottom of the barrel with this lot OP. You need to find a higher perch and cast your net a bit wider.

Be aware that the mighty TDM is not for squids, but you will have a whale of a time riding one. They're off the scale.

The 9er is known to benefit from a remap so you will want to find a good bike tuna like samios.

I'll start the first sensible reply . Have you tried scouring the for sale ads or bike shops to see if there's one for sale? You might be able to blag a test ride from a shop. That what I did before when looking for an Africa Twin although ended up with my TDM.

Nearest advertised one is 50 miles away, also I was hoping to get some info off an owner.

As a slight hint of a rational post on this subject.... (don't hold yer breath)

I looked at the TDM 850 as a bit of a whim, looked at one while out on a company van run and just got to sit on it and hear it run but I wanted a MK2a and the underseat sticker gave it away as a MK2 so walked away, bought one on ebay unseen and never looked back, you won't be disappointed.

Just go with the whim.
