Does anyone know who can remap my 07 niner,IV fitted black widow cans ,it sounds amazing but I'm sure it's a bit lean and lost a few horses ( Scotland preferably but I would travel to a tdm specialist) thanks😎

Hi Jim , I had mine done by Samios Motorsport in Greece, which meant sending it away.

It seems now that only a small number of versions of ECU. mostly the early ones without an Immobiliser or ABS can be programmed.

Where in Scotland are you ? I'm about 15 miles west of Edinburgh, you're welcome to try the ECU on your bike, but if it has either of the above features then i dont think it will work.

To find out if yours can be programmed you will need to send a photo of the label on the ECU to Samios, who then look through their ECU reference books to see if it's possible.

Prior to the remap I had done the airbox mod, and fitted a resistor in series with the airbox temperature sensor, and advanced the ignition timing by 3 or 4 degrees (by using a dremel to slot the crank position sensor mounting bracket screw holes)

I also run a -1 tooth front sprocket which I think on it's own makes the gears more useful, at the slight of expense of using a tad more fuel

900 with better bits. Owes me nothing, Makes me smile
