I haven't run out my stock of filters yet but are other Halfords still doin em?

Not been stocked in my local Halfords for a good while now daps, am suprised as they fit a fair few bikes eh.

Fleabay has always been my port of call for filters, claim never to have them at my local Halfords.

Did you check the car oil filter section for the same filter Daps ? They used to have the same X302 (?) at a cheaper price in the car section so might still be there.

I did check SR and noubt there either ... Not an empty shelf just no space or mention of x302.
Hiflo less than three quid at Wemoto dap...just got 5 on stock....new stock of slinky glide clutch cable etc too...tenner apiece..

Ah, gotcha but leave the O ring in place and it'll last forever. Never replaced either O ring in the housing and no leaks so far ...26 oil changes in..
day do seem to last well.
spyball alarm/immob, bluespot brake calipers and Stainless hoses, Fournales air adjustable shock with Remote Resevoir, forks raised 10mm thru yokes, racetech linear fork springs in 15 wt oil, Kappa wingrack/luggage, heated grips, Kedo handguards, dual heat controller to power heated jacket liner and or pants!!, Stebel 136DB horn, K&N air filter, colour matched Baglux tank cover (magnetic tank bag modified to fit cover), osram +50% headloight bulbs, headlight protector,"NitramSpecial" parking loight, tail light indicators all running on LED's & incorporate "Lite Buddies", MK7 Scottoiler fitted, taller screen, 2-2 stainless steel CCC's, Devil stainless down pipes. MKI Renntec engine crash bars & sump guard.
engine changed july 2007 on a dyno run it made 79.1BHP / Torque 59.9Had a brief flirtation with a 1999 MKIIa but it blew an exaust valve on the M5 so was sold on to be repaired.

Never replaced that O-ring, either, but have had an oil leak for more than 10 years...

Which makes me think that halfrauds do still sell the x302 but now call it the COF045!!!!!

However I liked the pleat count on the X302 (56 ish). This COF045 is now pink instead of yellow (same as other el cheapo aftermarket) and has around 44 pleats.

Indeed the COF045 had "COF045 (X302)" written on the box.
However I liked the pleat count on the X302 (56 ish). This COF045 is now pink instead of yellow (same as other el cheapo aftermarket) and has around 44 pleats.
You definitely need to get out more, Dappers.
2004 900 - Blue with lots of goodies
2012 900 - Still adding shiny bits. Was black, changed to white and now back to black again.

04 900 - 92 mk 1 - r 1150 rs - Z550 A1 - 2x bonnies - plastic slug -XL185 - ...not in that order !! (and one or two i don't want / dare to own up to !!)

Agreement on the "O" ring change - bought the OEM one, think it was £17 (robbers) and the thing leaked straight away - Put the old one back on - 16 oil changes now with old "O" ring (s)
Cannot see a dimensional difference between the 2 when side by side but there obviously must be.
