I wonder if they're metric?

mate had a non motorbike accident while home in holland returned here an went to hospital to have screws removed yes they were metric sewed him up again and had to go back in once they got a metric tool 

was a few years ago mind

Heads are often metric but threads are a coarse cutting thread like a self tapper.

And some threads variable pitch to help compress fracture....which is fine when they go in.....but not so much fun if they ever have to tek em back ooot.

Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.
