I borrowed a Motionpro chain break/rivet kit from Stu a while back and went about replacing my chain and sprockets. While doing it I managed to break one of the chain-breaking pins from the set. Really annoyed with myself I emailed motionpro.com in California to see if i could buy a replacement pin. Tim contacted me right back asking for my address and sent me TWO pins and a rivet pin free-of-charge. No questions asked and no quibbles. They even paid for the postage which was a few dollars to Ireland. maybe its just me but I'm not programmed for such great service, Its usually' ah yes we can supply that in 6 years if you phone me back 7 times a week to remind me and it will cost you the head of your second son, three camels and seventy thousand euro"!

Great service www.motionpro.com - many thanks!

Have you ever lent someone 20 quid and never seen it again? It was probably worth it.

Long Loved TDM is no longer with me...
