= bottom book minus 1/3 as a good guide price. Hi milers slightly less. Btm book minus 1/3 is the most ins will pay out if you make a claim & many ins co will not ins write-off's these days

So this one is there or thereabouts, most FJR1300's seem to be higher miles, and for a low mileage 03, I would expect to pay North of £4000
This one is the same age and spec although it does have luggage

Looks good but remember the ins co & DVLA may want an engineers report regarding repairs & road worthiness, you may then have to re MOT too. £2800 would be much nearer & £3000 tops, point this out to the seller.

Just trying to knock the price down a little
Opinions?
I think that it is about £1000 too expensive. You could find one in poor condition. spend the same money on it and have a bike that was not Cat C But that's just my opinion. Do what your heart decides.

You could maybe try and get him down based on their being no panniers? Theres a good few hundred there to replace them. Mind you apart from the occassional one the dealer prices look very high on even early high mileage bikes.
Alternativvely put some extra pennies to this

If I had the readies I might be interested....

Nice, but away out of my price range
I have been looking for a FJR for 6 months or more, and watching prices for even longer
Pricing often makes no sense on the FJR1300, with people paying way over the odds on some bikes, and others going stupidly cheap, with dealers living in cloud cuckoo land but they do seem to have panniers attached
The last set genuine panniers went on ebay for £180

Yup, the TDM900 is going, and being replaced by a FJR1300
I brought the cat c one, is being MOT'd and delivered
Will of course post images and I will stick around here

Yeah! Don't let the boogers scare you off!
It's too late, the TDM900 has gone off in a van, and a Galaxy Blue FJR1300 now fills the space in the garage
It is in amazing condition, slight grazing excepted, this bike had been seriuosly well looked after by previous owner(s) and the mileage checks out on the MOT
Just need to score some panniers now
One stupid thing though, the controler for the Oxford heated grips is under the saddle!!
Go figure that one
It's in as good if not better condition than my TDM900 was and that was very good
So far, am very pleased

You should know the rules by now. We need pics. If no pics...it doesn't exist or it didn't happen. Dispensation granted to bring it to the fettle day and we can check it out.
Enjoy.

2012 900 - Still adding shiny bits. Was black, changed to white and now back to black again.

Looks nice. Posh though having a door either end of the garage!
One of my better idea's when we had it built, being able to drive around the garden makes it simple to load garden rubbish ETC
Had a steel RSJ across the middle as well, cant think that I will ever use it to lift anything, but at least I know I can
Could not afford a pitched roof, so it's not that flash with a flat one!

It was a toss up between pitched roof, or extra door, and the door won
Was a bloody good decision, its handy to be able to ride through, turn around and park bike
