Bike will not run after being parked up for about two years.
Turns over fine, cant smell any fuel getting past the injectors.
If I put fuel down the air inlet it will fire up.

Would it not be odd for both injectors to be blocked up ?
Would if thought it would try to run even if it was running crappy.

Sounds like clogged/blocked injectors going off what you say.

I would start by removing the tank and opening up and reseating all the electrical plugs/sockets which are bundled up together above the engine and behind the headstock. Same goes for the ignition coil wiring (both the 12V side and the HV output side)
After a long period of being laid up i wouldn't ignore the possibility of there being corroded connectors.
You can use a contact cleaner but make sure it has a small amount of lubricant or contact protector in it. An ideal choice is Deoxit by Caig but i think Maplins sell a product by Servisol in an aerosol. A neat contact cleaner and degreasing solution will dru to leave very dry contacts which might not necessarily work better because they will oxidise very quickly, so thats why i use a product with a lubricant (designed for the job) or an additive which halts the march of, or protects from further corrosion.
Just reseating blade/spade type terminals can often be enough to clear the immediate corrosion and remake the contact and this is a good diagnostic procedure to use.
The nest area to look at would be the relays, mounted to a cross brace closer to the seat, also under the tank. Again, unplug them and wiggle the wires going into the back of each spade terminal in the block , there have been instances of some wires corroding badly in the crimped part of the spade. I had one fail completely while the bike was just sat int he garage not moving for three months
